Mark Hunn
Director

Mark is the CEO of Engage Abilities and Principal Partner at Provider Launch. He has a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology and Law, a Masters in Law and is currently completing his Doctorate in Corporate Leadership in the NDIS. He is a Practicing Solicitor with over 23 years in governance and compliance within the corporate, government and NGO sectors. Within these, he specialises in governance systems, risk mitigation and imbedding high quality systems within policy and procedure. Mark’s passion is upskilling others to build their capacity as corporate leaders, resulting in high quality services, lower risk and increasing profit margins.

Clare-Louise McCraken

As the Director/Founder of Carers and Advocates Australia, Claire has a vision to create a legacy of change in the measurement of "good care" to focus on the measurement of the quality of life. She provides high-quality care and support to diverse clients and individuals, with a focus on outcomes on quality of life and self-actualisation. Claire manages a large portfolio of cases, allocate support workers and participants, and act as the community liaison between various stakeholders.

Claire was awarded an Enablement Award for community advocacy best in Australia 2023. Claire is also the creator of The Butterfly Effect podcast, which has had over 11 million views in its first year, and the model village concept, which addresses sustainability, quality, and employment in community care.

Chris is accredited as a specialist in Workplace Relations by the Law Institute of Victoria. He was the recipient of the prestigious President’s Award in 2009 from the Law Institute of Victoria for his contribution to the specialisation scheme. In 2016 he was awarded the LIV Rogers Legal Writing Award for the best contribution in 2015 to the Law Institute Journal.
