A  1.% credit card fee and booking fee will apply.  

Please note that there is a cut-off time for dietary requirements to be taken into account.
We regret that the venues are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements provided 7 days prior to the event
Please note that there are no refunds, unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Replacements are allowed, with details provided at least 24 hours prior to the event
